PROGRAMS & SERVICES
Targeted support for lasting change.
Our programs pair stable housing with person-centered support for adults navigating reentry and recovery. Each program is part of one connected housing continuum, designed to grow to serve people experiencing homelessness and other populations.

Reentry Support Program
Housing-focused support for individuals transitioning from incarceration toward greater stability, community connection, and reintegration.

Recovery Support Program
Supportive housing and coordinated community connections that complement individual recovery goals and a stable living environment.
FUTURE PROGRAMS
Growing the continuum
Branch & Bloom is designed as one housing continuum that grows with the community's needs. As we grow, we plan to expand to serve additional populations.

Future Program
Transitional Housing Program
Time-limited housing and supportive services for adults experiencing homelessness, focused on building stability and moving to permanent housing.
Learn more
Who it would serve
Adults experiencing homelessness who need a safe, stable place to stay while they find a permanent home.
Why it matters
Without a stable place to stay, it is hard to keep a job, keep appointments, or save for a home of one's own.
Partners we're looking for
Homeless service providers, shelters, street outreach teams, and the local Continuum of Care.

Future Program
Veterans Transitional Housing Program
Transitional housing and supportive services designed for veterans working toward housing stability.
Learn more
Who it would serve
Veterans who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and want a structured, supportive place to live while they move toward permanent housing.
Why it matters
Housing close to VA services and public transportation makes it easier for veterans to use the care and benefits they have earned.
Partners we're looking for
VA medical centers and programs, veteran service organizations, county veterans services offices, and employers who hire veterans.

Future Program
Women's Transitional Housing Program
Transitional housing designed around the safety, stability, and independence of women experiencing housing instability, including survivors of domestic violence.
Learn more
Who it would serve
Women experiencing housing instability who need a safe, stable place to rebuild. The program is planned to include survivors of domestic violence.
Why it matters
For many women, losing housing also means losing safety. A stable home with support creates room to rebuild independence.
Partners we're looking for
Domestic violence service providers, women's shelters, legal aid organizations, and workforce programs.

Future Program
Medical Respite & Recuperative Care Program
Short-term housing and support for people experiencing homelessness who are recovering from illness or injury, in partnership with healthcare providers.
Learn more
Who it would serve
People experiencing homelessness who are leaving the hospital and need a safe place to finish recovering from an illness or injury.
Why it matters
Recovering in a shelter or on the street can slow healing and lead to return hospital visits. A short-term place to recover, with medical care provided by healthcare partners, also opens a path to housing.
Partners we're looking for
Hospitals and health systems, health plans, community health centers, and home health providers.
