Recovery Support Program
A safe, substance-free home with peer support for adults in recovery.

Who it serves
Adults in recovery from substance use who are committed to a substance-free living environment and want a supportive community around them. Our homes are located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. We plan to expand to Johnston, Wake, and Durham counties as our network grows.

The need
Early recovery is fragile. A stable, recovery-supportive home makes it easier to stay connected to treatment, work, and the people who help.
How we support residents
- A recovery-supportive home with an on-site house manager
- Clear house standards and community accountability
- Peer support and mutual-aid connections
- Connection to treatment providers residents choose
- Life skills, employment, and budgeting support
What we track
We track recovery milestones at 30 and 90 days and six months after a resident leaves; successful program completion; housing secured at discharge and kept 90 days later; employment and income; and continued connection with residents after they move on.
Clinical boundary statement
Branch & Bloom does not provide clinical treatment. Residents are connected with licensed providers of their choosing.
