Reentry Support Program
Stable housing and structured support for adults returning to the community after incarceration.

Who it serves
Adults returning to the Fayetteville area after incarceration who need a stable place to live while they rebuild. We plan to expand to Johnston, Wake, and Durham counties as our network grows.

The need
Housing is one of the first and hardest barriers after release. Without it, meeting employment, treatment, and supervision requirements becomes much harder.
How we support residents
- Structured transitional housing with clear house standards
- Case management and an individual stability plan
- Help obtaining identification, benefits, and records
- Employment and transportation coordination
- Peer mentoring and community connection
What we track
We track employment placement and job retention at 30, 60, and 90 days; housing stability during the program and up to 12 months after; progress on court-ordered financial obligations; support in meeting supervision requirements; successful program completion; and whether residents stay free of new justice involvement in the year after they leave.
